Patients living in or moving to the practice area are welcome to register, and we have an open list to accommodate such requests.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To register, you have two options:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Complete a form available at the reception desk.<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Download and print a registration form to complete by hand, and then bring it to the surgery.

    <\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Upon registration, you will be assigned a named, accountable doctor who will oversee your care. You may still consult with any of our doctors or nurses, not just your designated GP. <\/span>We highly recommend that new patients undergo a health check with one of our practice nurses.<\/span><\/p>


    Temporary Patients:<\/strong><\/p>

    If you are not registered with our surgery, you will only be able to see one of our doctors in the event of a serious emergency. In all other cases, it is best to call 111.<\/span><\/p>


    However, if you require treatment at our surgery and are not registered, you will need to complete a temporary registration form.<\/span><\/p>

    Temporary registration is valid for up to three months. During this time, you can remain a patient of your permanent GP while also being registered with our practice. After three months, you will need to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with our practice.<\/span><\/p>
